Publish your Expo app to the App Store without a Mac
You can. Building and submitting an Expo app both run in the cloud, so you don’t need a Mac to upload it. What that doesn’t solve is testing it in the simulator.

What works without a Mac
EAS Build compiles your app in the cloud, and EAS Submit sends it to App Store Connect from macOS, Linux or Windows.
The listing, screenshots and privacy details are filled in on App Store Connect, in your browser.
To test on a real iPhone, you use TestFlight.
What you need either way
A paid Apple Developer account. Without one there’s no submission, and it should be in your name: the app’s owner is the one who publishes it.
What still takes a Mac
The iOS simulator only runs on macOS. Expo has remote simulators, but today they’re a limited-access preview.
This matters for the iPhone Duo, because Apple recommends testing it in the Xcode 27.1 simulator.
