The initial conversation checks feasibility; it is not a free full audit. If the project needs repair or migration, we explain why and propose separate work before charging for this package.

We agree on a preparation date after checking the project, account, materials, privacy details and demo access. Apple’s review wait and approval are outside that schedule. Waiting does not use feedback rounds or trigger automatic paid renewal.

One round groups the findings from one review, not each message. Errors in our preparation are fixed at no extra cost and do not use rounds. A status update is not a round either.

Developer enrollment and fees, paid build usage, legal drafting, new features and existing bugs. Purchases, subscriptions, account deletion, framework upgrades, migrations, new functional versions, other stores and additional languages are separate.

If Apple requests product changes beyond scope, we explain the work and price before proceeding. Rights, content or account eligibility issues may require the owner’s involvement. Approval is not guaranteed.

If the account requires closed testing, we agree on who supplies real participants and who coordinates the test. Platform waiting time is not billed as hours worked.

A round is one consolidated list within the agreed scope. Our defects or omissions do not consume rounds or content hours. Extras start after you accept their price and schedule impact. Third-party costs are explained before charging, with accounts in your name.

Work starts with materials, access and an agreed date. If we need to wait for your information, we tell you and reschedule. Silence does not mean acceptance. We close with a review and a record of what you accepted.

We send an initial reply within two business days and agree on resolution timing after assessment. Defects reported during warranty remain covered if the fix finishes later. If something breaks because of an outside change, we explain the cause and assess it. It isn’t excluded automatically.

Your accounts and files remain yours whether or not you purchase or renew maintenance.
