Who is responsible

Information we receive
When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the name, email address, phone number and project details you choose to share, along with your messages and attachments.
You do not need an account to browse this website. We do not ask for passwords, card details or sensitive personal information for an inquiry. Please avoid sending information about your customers unless it is needed to understand the project.
Hosting and network providers may process technical data, such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs, to deliver the website and protect the service.
How we use it
We use your contact and project details to answer your inquiry, assess the scope, prepare a proposal and follow up on your request.
If you hire us, the information needed for the contract, billing and delivery is agreed during that process. This website has no advertising mailing-list sign-up form.
Services involved
Google Firebase Hosting hosts this website. Contact emails reach Gmail through Cloudflare Email Routing. If you choose WhatsApp, your conversation takes place through that Meta service.
These providers may process information outside Mexico. Each service has its own terms and privacy policy. App websites and other external links are covered by their respective privacy notices.
Browser preferences
Your browser stores the theme and currency you choose. To pick a currency automatically, we use your device’s time zone, which never leaves your browser. During a session, we also remember the service and project you selected, and whether you have seen the opening animation. You can remove these preferences by clearing this website’s data in your browser.
The current version of this website includes no analytics tools or advertising cookies. We will update this notice if we add measurement tools or change how data is processed.
Your rights and requests
You can request access to, correction of or cancellation of your personal data, or object to its processing (ARCO rights under Mexican law). You can also request limits on its use or disclosure, or withdraw consent where applicable.
Email hola@dirotechnology.com with your name, a way to reply and a description of your request and the data concerned. We will explain how to verify your identity or authority to act if needed. Please do not include identity documents in your first message.
We will handle your request within the applicable time limits and conditions. Deletion or withdrawal of consent may be subject to retention obligations and may prevent us from continuing work that depends on that information.
Retention and updates
We retain the information needed to answer inquiries, follow up on projects and meet applicable obligations. You can ask about retention or request deletion using the same email address.
