We design and launch a website with your services, business details and a way to get in touch. The package covers one page, up to six sections and one language. It suits service businesses, portfolios or a specific product or service.

One visual direction adapted for phones and computers. You review the layout, type and colors before we build.

We agree on the sections you need, such as services, past work, business information and contact details.

We write and refine the copy using the information you provide. You approve your services, prices and business claims.

WhatsApp and an email link. If needed, a contact form with up to five fields, no attachments, basic spam protection and a delivery check. You can keep WhatsApp too.

Domain, hosting and HTTPS configuration, search titles and descriptions, indexing setup and basic visitor measurement.

Links, contact, phone and desktop readability, and keyboard navigation checked. You receive the code, short instructions and a 30-minute session covering access and change requests.

The proposal sets out sections, language, contact options and the materials we need. The 2–3 weeks start on the agreed date once all materials and access are ready.

Two feedback rounds are included: one on the design and one on the built website. The domain and hosting accounts are in your name. You receive the code and access when payment is complete.

Configuration is included. Domain, email, hosting usage and paid external services are identified before you hire us, approved by you and paid through your accounts.

Defects against the agreed delivery are covered for 60 days from your acceptance. Fixing them does not use up feedback rounds or content hours.

From launch: quarterly checks, a recoverable copy of the code and configuration, and security updates applicable to the delivered website. This is a copy of an informational website, not a backup of business system data.

You have two hours during the year for text, opening hours, prices or images you supply. We share the estimate and remaining balance before working, then log actual time without rounding a small edit up to an hour. Use the hours when you need them; unused time expires at year-end.

Renewal costs MXN 3,900USD 199 plus IVA plus applicable taxes per year for the same technical care and two content hours. It is optional and never automatic. Without renewal, you keep the site, code and accounts and remain responsible for any provider fees.

We work on business days and send an initial reply within two business days. Resolution is scheduled after assessment. This does not include continuous monitoring, immediate support or guaranteed provider availability.

Brand identity, market research, photography, illustrations, translations, an editing dashboard, a managed blog or catalog, new sections or pages, bookings, payments, integrations and redesigns.

You supply or approve the privacy notice. Publishing it can be included; legal drafting is outside this package.

We prepare the site so search engines can read it. Rankings also depend on content, competition and time. Advertising campaigns and guaranteed search positions are not included.

A round is one consolidated list within the agreed scope. Our defects or omissions do not consume rounds or content hours. Extras start after you accept their price and schedule impact. Third-party costs are explained before charging, with accounts in your name.

Work starts with materials, access and an agreed date. If we need to wait for your information, we tell you and reschedule. Silence does not mean acceptance. We close with a review and a record of what you accepted.

We send an initial reply within two business days and agree on resolution timing after assessment. Defects reported during warranty remain covered if the fix finishes later. If something breaks because of an outside change, we explain the cause and assess it. It isn’t excluded automatically.

Your accounts and files remain yours whether or not you purchase or renew maintenance.
