First we work out what to build and what it costs.

We build iPhone and Android apps and web systems for bookings, orders or quotes. We start with discovery: agree on what to build, review the main screens and see the price for each stage.

One main business need or user journey and up to two user types. We define what to build first and how each delivery will be assessed.

A clickable prototype of up to eight main screens with sample data. Error and empty states are included without counting as extra screens. Two consolidated feedback rounds.

Two working sessions and a final presentation, each up to one hour. Two weeks is the calendar turnaround, not two people working full-time.

The information the system will hold, relationships, required services and risks. The data model is conceptual; building the database is outside discovery.

A fixed price for each stage we can define. If a dependency needs a technical trial first, we identify and quote that trial before fixing the build price.

Once paid, you receive the document and editable prototype files. Use them with us or another team, with no obligation to commission the build.

The full MXN 15,000USD 849 is credited against build invoices for the same project until used. The quote shows the total and what you have already paid, without charging for the analysis again. If you commission less work, the unused credit is not refunded in cash.

If the project changes, we review only the differences and tell you beforehand. For several workflows or more user types, we agree on a useful first journey or a larger discovery scope before you hire us.

The two weeks begin on the agreed date with the required information and access in place. The build schedule depends on its agreed scope.

A working app, backend, implemented integrations, data migration, final design of every screen and a complete audit of an existing system are quoted separately.

Every build stage sets out features, devices, acceptance criteria, price and schedule. We review those features with you and fix failures against the agreement before acceptance.

Store, service and domain accounts are in your name. You receive the code once paid. Reusable components and third-party tools are delivered with their licenses identified.

Defects are covered for 60 days after acceptance of each stage. A defect reported within that period remains covered even if the fix takes longer. New features and later maintenance are separate services.

A round is one consolidated list within the agreed scope. Our defects or omissions do not consume rounds or content hours. Extras start after you accept their price and schedule impact. Third-party costs are explained before charging, with accounts in your name.

Work starts with materials, access and an agreed date. If we need to wait for your information, we tell you and reschedule. Silence does not mean acceptance. We close with a review and a record of what you accepted.

We send an initial reply within two business days and agree on resolution timing after assessment. Defects reported during warranty remain covered if the fix finishes later. If something breaks because of an outside change, we explain the cause and assess it. It isn’t excluded automatically.

Your accounts and files remain yours whether or not you purchase or renew maintenance.
